When and where is the event?
June 21, 2025, 1:00–5:00 PM, Saturday, at Belmont Hotel Mactan, Cebu.
Who can attend?
Couples seeking help through ART (IVF/IUI) and individuals interested in fertility preservation.
Can previous or current Kato patients attend?
Yes, existing patients are still welcome to attend. While they are no longer eligible for the free initial consultation, they can still join the event and are eligible to win raffle prizes.
Is registration free?
Yes! Pre-register to have priority for the limited slots.
How will we know if we secured a slot?
Those who pre-registered will be provided with the registration link first on May 9, 2025. For those who did not pre-register, registration on the website will open on May 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
Will there be consultations during the event?
This is a lecture event only. Free consultations can be scheduled after.
Until when is the Free Initial Consultation valid?
It is valid within 30 days after the event.
How long can raffle prizes be claimed?
Free IVF and discounted IVF prizes must be claimed within 3 months after the event.
Are there special hotel rates?
Yes! Discount codes will be given upon registration confirmation.
