Rudie Frederick B. Mendiola, MD, FPOGS, FPSRM, FPSGE
Rudie Frederick B. Mendiola, MD, FPOGS, FPSRM, FPSGE, is the medical director of KRBC. He is the first Filipino who trained under Dr. Osamu Kato, who has the largest Natural Cycle and Minimal Stimulation IVF Program in the world. In the past two years, an average of 22,400 cycles per year were completed.

Gayla V. Perillo, MD, FPOGS, FPSUOG is a board certified obstetrician gynecologist and a board certified OB GYN sonologist. She obtained her medical degree in the UST Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and finished her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital as Chief resident. She later completed her fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynecologic Ultrasound in Cardinal Santos Medical Center.

Serines Virian Decano-De la Paz, MD, FPOGS, FPSRM is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and a board-certified reproductive medicine specialist. She graduated from the University of the Philippines-Manila (UP) College of Medicine and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the UP-Philippine General Hospital.
Ednalyn T. Ong-Jao, MD, MSc, MHA, FPOGS, FPSRM, FPSGE
Ednalyn T. Ong-Jao, MD, MSc, MHA, FPOGS, FPSRM, FPSGE is the Medical Director of Conceive IVF Manila. She received mentorship and training from the infertility specialists of Kato Ladies Clinic in Shinjuku, Japan. Her hands-on training included gynecologic ultrasounds, ovum pick-ups, embryo transfers, hydrosalpinx aspirations, testicular sperm extractions (TESE) and other infertility management related procedures.

In 1996, Dr. Mendiola obtained his medical degree from the College of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Santo Tomas and completed his residency in Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, the Philippine’s busiest government maternity hospital in 2002. He had his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility, Menopause and Gynecologic Endoscopy at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital from 2003 to 2004. In 2009, he underwent hands-on training in ovum pick-up and embryo transfer at IVF Van Hanh, in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam under Dr. Lan and Dr. Tuong. He completed his training in assisted reproductive techniques under Dr. Osamu Kato in Tokyo, Japan in 2011.
Dr. Mendiola was the President of the Philippine Society of Reproductive Medicine in 2015. He has delivered numerous lectures on reproductive endocrinology and infertility, gynecologic endoscopy, and assisted reproductive technology in conventions, seminars, workshops and postgraduate courses.

She was chosen to be part of the first team of Filipinos who trained at Kato Ladies Clinic in Tokyo, Japan to learn about Natural Cycle In Vitro Fertilization and Minimal Stimulation In Vitro Fertilization. The team also learned about performing transvaginal ultrasound guided procedures. In 2013, she finished her Master’s Course in Regenerative Medicine at the University of Utrecht. She is currently finishing her thesis in Masters in Molecular Medicine at the St. Luke’s College of Medicine.

Dr. Ong-Jao obtained her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in 2004 where she graduated cum laude. She finished her Residency Training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital in 2009. She then immediately pursued her fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology, Infertility and Menopause in the same institution. As part of her fellowship training, she was exposed to the different IVF centers in the Philippines.
Dr. Ong-Jao is the PRO of Philippine Society for Reproductive Medicine for 2024-2025. She is also a board member of the Philippine Society for Fertility Preservation (2023-2024). She has a Master’s degree on Biotechnology of Human Assisted Reproduction and Embryology from the IVI Institute, University of Valencia, Spain and another Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration from the University of the Philippines, Manila. Dr. Ong-Jao continues to exert her best efforts to expand her knowledge in the field of Assisted Reproductive Techniques (ART). She has undergone training in My Duc Hospital in Vietnam to look at their protocols and innovations when it comes to IVF. Dr. Ong-Jao has also attended IVF training
