Our KATO Medical Group Philippines nurses recently attended “Beyond the Procedure: Connect with Patients, Communicate with Clarity, Support with Care,” a seminar sponsored by Merck and held in Bonifacio Global City last August 15.
The session provided an opportunity for our nurses to further strengthen their skills in patient communication, connection, and compassionate care—reminding us that every patient deserves not only excellent medical care, but also to feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey.
