COGI 2025: Contributing to Global Fertility Research
Last November, our very own Dr. Serines Virian Decano-De la Paz successfully presented a case report entitled “Negative Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) and Subsequent Livebirth Resulting from a Transfer of an Aneuploid Embryo” at the 33rd World Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility (COGI). The international congress was held at the Ergife Palace Hotel in Rome, Italy, from November 27 to 29, 2025.
The COGI Congress brought together world-renowned leaders and experts in obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility, fostering meaningful discussions on emerging research, clinical controversies, and the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and technology. Topics included oral presentations on fertility preservation, ultrasound, multiple pregnancies, prenatal diagnosis, and more. These conversations continue to shape and advance standards of care in reproductive health worldwide.
Dr. Decano-De la Paz’s presentation reflects the Kato Medical Group’s ongoing commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and contributions to global dialogue in reproductive medicine.
Here’s to the continued pursuit of excellence in advancing reproductive health. As times evolve, so do patient needs, discoveries, and medical advancements. Congratulations, Dr. Serines!
